Strange sound problem when recording microphone.

Hi! I have strange problem with audio in recorded file when i check " Record microphone into separate audio track (AVI)".
Regardless of the selected audio capture options, I got terrible sounds in audio track. You can hear them here:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1sDQP0hGMeA at 1:43.
Recording options:
AVI
1080p
30FPS
Record system sounds
Record on button down

What can cause this problem?

Thanks for quick reply. I am using Logitech ClearChat Pro USB Headset.

It may be caused by the USB output used by your microphone. Do you have any other microphone that you can plug in to see if there's a difference? This could confirm the problem.

A few days ago I bought a headset "SteelSeries Siberia v2" and the problem persists, regardless of whether I connect the headphones to the attached USB sound card or to the integrated(
Realtek ALC889).
