Action! not working

I just installed v 1.12.2 to try, but it not working.
After run program run for 3-4 seconds and close.
In reports i get these errors:

Have you tried totally removing Action! with cleaning the registry?

I have the very same issue!
I have noticed that few files even delete after the first launch of the software.
The following non code lines are in french. Sorry.
I have uninstalled and cleaned the registry multiple times and tryed to restart before starting the software.
I have also checked the admin rights and tryed the Vista compatibility mode with no success.
I even tryed to disable my antivirus but it had no impact.
