Some questions that I have

Sat Apr 06, 2013 12:14 am

Hello, I came here after looking at Bandicam, Fraps, Dxtory etc
I haven't seen a policy on 2-PCs and I had some questions on that.

Am I allowed to run Action on two home PCs, desktop and laptop, or only 1 PC?
What are the rules if I were to format my PC? Does this count as 2 PCs being used with Action?

Also how often are updates released? It says you receive full updates for the version number (1.x.x, 2.x.x, 3.x.x, etc) But you must purchase another license if it goes from say version 1.x.x to 2.x.x. Is this correct?

Multi licensing is available for up to 3 licenses. How this looks in practice? You may install, activate and use the Software on a number of computers up to the purchased number of licenses at the same time using the same serial number. You may not run the Software on more computers than the purchased number of licenses at the same time using the same serial number. Multi license is intended for a single company (with commercial license),single user or members of the same household.

No, this does not count as serial number using. If you have 2 desktop PCs in your home and you will format one of them you can still install your Action! copy on the formatted pc with the same serial number.

Yes, this is correct. Updates are usually released when we are fixing major or minor issues or adding another features to Action! It's hard to say how often but on average it's once a month.
