[Help please] Action! Crashes my pc

Hello, sometimes when i'm in the selection mode and i'm pressing F9 or the record button, my PC crashes
I must hold the button for 5 sec to reboot my pc, it's impossible to open the taskmanager, the screen is black when i do Ctrl+Alt+Del

So please help me, i don't want to to break my pc because of this
