Acton! Crashes Minecraft

Hi,

i know there is a other Thread about this Problem but i hope there are some new Information about the Problem.

When i start Minecraft and want to use the Game Capture of Action, Minecraft is crashing instantly.

My Graphic Card is the Nvidia GTX680 with the latest driver (320.18)
