Why is Mirillis Action! recording everything so fast?

Sat Sep 14, 2013 6:02 pm

For some reason whenever I record something, Mirillis Action! turns it into a timelapse, or makes the video go faster than it normally should. Also when I'm in-game, when I move my mouse around, it skips, not laggy, but seems like it. I tried recording with different file types but its still the same problem. Also whenever I record me doing something, like jumping in minecraft, or shooting a rocket in TF2, it skips a little bit. Making it very noticeable... Help?

I fixed the problem, all I need to do is play it in action! Player, it also comes out normal in Sony Vegas. Action! Has been doing great, I recorded my last 3 videos with action, they're so smooth

What do you mean, "bitrate"? I have a 64 bit laptop if that answers your question...

Bitrate is the number of bits that are conveyed or processed per unit of time. You can check your bitrate while playing your video file in Action! player and pressing "i" letter. Info panel should pop up.

I've noticed this with one of my videos in World of Warcraft. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kXhRQpj4gyo It hasn't happened since but it's still odd. My bit rate is 60.

Could you do a test and record 360p/30fps video and see if the same issue occurs?
