Mouse Cursor and Visualization is not working please help

please help me. I want to make a Software Demo, but the mouse is not displaying in the Window, I have tried the options

1. Record Mouse Cursor
2. Visualize mouse clicks
3. Export Mouse Cursor
4. Export Mouse Visualization.

but then also mouse in not shown in the Video I record.
please help me.

Please check if you have selected "Perfect Video Match" mode in Video Recording tab. If yes, uncheck it.

Free trial made logo on videos. Full version will do same?
