audio not synced with video&subs

every anime i have has this problem
audio is not synced with the video and subs
if i fast forward it its synced for 2 seconds, then its starting to get out of sync

when i play it via Media Player Classic or VLC everything is in sync

please get a fix for this, the sync adjustment is not an option cuz it wont work 100%

Please check if this problem repeats with latest Splash PRO 1.2.2.
Does it repeat for all file types or just for some specific?
