Non-administrator account use

I have children on my Windows 8 machine that want to use Action!. But I don't want them to be administrators.

Is there a way to make it so that Action! can be used by non-administrators without having to be prompted for admin password and without removing UAC?

Unfortunately no. Action! requires administrator rights to run properly.
