Grey screen will go away if I buy the product?

Hi! I tested a LOT of programs to record games. Last I tried, Action!. I liked it, but it has a problem. I use a cracked version for TESTING and this are my problems:
- Grey screen when recording anything. Sound it's working.
- MP4 doesn't record sound.

Will these problems go if I buy the complete version? I really like this program, but with this problems I don't know If it's worth buying it.
If not, what should I do?

Good luck with this crack crap. No wonder that your Action! is bugged. Free trial is for testing purposes, not cracked one.
