Audio quality is bad. Help!!!

I just bought Action! and I love it!!! Everything works like a charm, except one thing. When I record games, the game audio quality is very poor. The video is great quality is great, and when i record my mic, it sounds fine also. Just the game's audio quality is very poor. The result sounds a little quiet and a little high pitched, sorta like listening to something on your cell phone. I've messed around with all the settings and tried everything I can think of. Nothing has worked! Please help!!!!

For some reason my browser keeps having a problem when i try to upload the video to this post. it gets to 2% then brings me to an error page. i have, however, contacted support@mirillis.com and sent them the video sample, as well as my computer and graphics specs.
