Action Livestream Crashing - Twitch

Well, I do everything correctly and seem to stream for a few minutes before inevitably crashing. Action just seems to crash and there is nothing I can do. No settings changes this, hell, even just recording my browser will result in an eventual crash. What do I do? At this point I feel like I wasted a 2 month subscription for something that doesn't work.

CPU = i-7 26000, GC = 660 ti, OS = Windows 7
