Action.exe - No Disk

I have had this problem for months now and the Action support dont seem to be very helpful, everytime i go onto Action i get this error msg " There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk2\DR2 " i have no idea what to do now i have tried everything i can think of and i still get this msg. If anyone can help with this problem thx.

I found a solution to the problem i was having by changing where it saves the recordings too.
