Action! 1.17.1 and everything above doesn't work

I wanted to use Action! 1.19.2, because it looked pretty great! So I downloaded everything, there were no problems downloading it, but when that was done and I started it up... It crashed!

This happened everythime I wanted to use an update above 1.17.0 beta. Every update under that has no problems starting up and doing everything. But when I try to use an update above that, it gets stuck on the loading screen and then Windows say it crashed.
I tried to everything to get it to work again, Deleting everything, reinstalling, restarting the laptop, force to stop the Action!_ x64 and Action!_x84 things, stop other programma's to see if that got a problem with Action!, everything didn't work... Tough, 1.17.0 works. I got a code for Action! too.

If you could help me that would be wonderfull!

My Windows version is: Windows 7 home premium

CPU: i5-2410M @ 2.30GHz
Graphic card: HD 6650M 1GB
HDD model: Hard Drive HDD 640GB HDD RPM 5400RPM HDD Interface SATA
