Recording Gameplay Issue

Hello guys.

Action! is a potentionally great piece of software. The amount of bugs however is unreal. I have had so many issues with this programme, it's disheartening. I use Action! to record Final Fantasy: a Realm Reborn.
I had some issues in the past, but now this is what happens (again).

When I record before a battle and just run around and not engage, the recording is fine.
However, when I record during a battle, go back to my action!, no recording shows up. What on earth is causing this?
It's utterly annoying. I have paid 50 euros for this programme. Can I at least expect something less buggy?
There have been plently of complaints. How is this not fixed? It's a programme which should enable you to record and it doesn't even do this.

No extra drivers were installed.

Probably there is something specific about your game that changes after the battle is engaged. I'd suggest to contact our support team and provide them all information about your issue. They will try to reproduce your problem.
