Audio Only Records On The Left

My audio will only record in the left channel. My monitor headphones pick up both channels when I'm recording, but afterward I only have the left. Anyone know how to fix this?
My microphone is an audio-technica AT2020 routed through a focusrite scarlet 2i2 audio interface.
