Action don't want stop record

Hey guys my Action (version 1.19.2) doesn't work perfectly... My record settings are 720p .mp4 60 frames, well when i start record it goes perfectly, but like after some seconds i cant even stop it, if i press the F9 button again it doesn't stop.
What should i do ? Help please cuz i cant use it and i must use fraps that sucks at least 15 fps off... Action is really nice due to the not-lag codec, pls help me soon
