Bad Audio conpress (??) Help please

Hi, i bought action at the start of this year to make a minecraft gameplay. Everything was fine for a long time until the audio start to have a bad compression (??), i don't know.
To explain a little bit, the audio have a moments when don't record and after that it is compressed on a fraction of the time, and after that record fine, and repeat the process.
Recoded in avi or mp4, happens, separated audio track or at the same, happens.
And only happens to the mic recording, the system audio its fine.
