DxDiag shows info regarding ur PC.
How to run it: Open ur Start menu and type "dxdiag" into the search box, it should find it and display it ur results. Run it (i suggest as admin) and run a system diagnosis, it says something like "Run 64-bit diagnosis" or "Run diagnosis" or similar.
In case ur Start menu does not have a search box, dxdiag is located in C:\Windows\System32, not sure if it's the same on Win8/8.1 though.
Once it's done, find the .txt report and attach it to ur next post or edit ur previous one.
