action has stopped working????

hi i had action for over a week now and it has wo9rked brillantly but now it wont even load it starts up like normal and then stops responding and says windows will try and resolve the problem i tried reinstaling it and finnally reinstalling it after restart but not working same thing happens just stops responding help im not sure what to do

Try removing or moving to another location all your files from your output folder.
