Action Not Opening up!

Recently I've been having trouble opening the action software. It used to work perfectly fine, but now it won't open at all! I've tried re-installing the program but that didn't work. I bought the software and would like to use it again, but I can't!

No, it just simply does nothing. I start it up normally, but nothing happens.

When you take right click and run it as admin, have you the same problem?

What's your operating system?
