Action is invisible?

When I start action I see the normal loading screen then nothing. If I use Task Manager to look at my processes action is running and the overlay shows up and works in games, but I cant change any settings or even see the program or any indication that the program is running besides the overlay.

Check if it's not in system tray.

Its not. The only time I see any evidensc of action is in game and in the task manager
