Action Recording Black Screen 1 Second Video

OS: Windows 10 Techincal Preview Build 9879 (Also Have Tried Compatibility Mode Windows 7)
Video Card: Geforce GT 640
Memory: 8GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Editor: Not Intended
Game Problem: System
Video Type: AVI and MP4
Mirllis Version: 1.20.2


Whenever i record a video the video when i'm done turns out to be a 1 second video 0 MB file that shows nothing. its completely black and its so weird. i really need help because i was happy when it actually loaded now i need it to record again. please help! thank you

we got some more problems, the good news is i can record in game mode. the bad news, when i try to record my screen desktop mode or custom it would flicker when record then eventually crash pc to log on
