Some Question

Hey guys! First , im sorry for bad english. Now i have 1 question.

When im not recording lol , im getting stable 60 fps 1920x1080 at very high graphics in league of legends.


But when i try to record lol with very low graphics , im getting 35-40 fps.. i think graphics doesnt change fps because i tried to record at very high graphics too and i got 35-40 again. What should i do ? im getting stable 120 fps at minecraft.. i have just problems with lol help pls

Ram : 4GB DDR3
HDD : Samsung HD503HI ATA 700GB

i'm really getting too high fps in other games but in lol , i cant get 35-40+.. İ tried to change graphics , it didnt solve my problem.. İ tried to record lower resolution , didnt solve my problem..
