Action! Freezes Game While Recording

So, When I Record Gameplay, Such As A Popular Game Minecraft, Or Other Games Like BattleBlock Theater
At Some Periods Of Time During Reording Sessions My Game Will Freeze For About 5-15 Seconds Saying Things Like Not Responding. If I Could Get Some Help With This It Would Be Appreciated!
Comp Specs That I Know Of
OS: Windows 8
Memory/Ram: 6GB
Monitor Resolution: 1600x900
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7420G
2 CPUS 2.5GHZ
