I recently purchased a commercial license and the remaining subscription time on the product halved form 29 days to 13 days... is this to expected?

The free trial period is only a LIVE streaming subscription time. Each user who activate its Action! copy is granted a free 14 days subscription time for our LIVE streaming subscription. Once this period is over you can either extend your subscription or skip it and use all other Action! major functionalities that does not require a subscription plan.
