Action! crashes when I stop recording at 120FPS with AMD MP4

I can record it just fine, but when I stop recording, Action! just stops working.

Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570

GPU: Sapphire Dual-X R9 280X

RAM: Corsair XMS3 8GB

OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit

Action! version: 1.22.0

Does it occurs only with 120 fps?

Yes, Action! seems to use a lot of CPU power when I hit the stop-to-record button.
