Action! logo on recording

I've just got the free trial of Action!, and when I try to record game footage, there's a logo at the top of the screen on the recording only that says 'this video was captured with Action!'. Is this a feature of the trial or something? Is there a way to remove it?

Thank you. Unfortunately, I now have a problem with the program. When I launch it, it just shows the splash screen indefinitely. I've tried uninstall and reinstall, tried uninstalling, cleaning the registry, then reinstalling and it still doesn't work. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
