Quality Issues

Since the newest update, my videos won't record in anything other than 640x480 :/ also, even though I have AVI selected, they record in MP4. Anyone?
Processor: AMD A10-7800
GPU: AMD Radeon R7
OS: Windows 8.1
All my settings or on High and 720p so this shouldn't be happening
