Action freezes my pc on startup [win8.1]

Hello,
Last time (2 weeks ago) I downloaded trial version of Action, it was working very good but I stopped using it. Today I wanted to record some video and Action didn't start. When I'm trying to start it, my pc freeze, i can't do nothing only restart. I tried to reinstall it (with cleening registry) and I have still the same problem.
Any suggestions?
