Problem with microphone recording

Sun Feb 22, 2015 3:00 pm

Hey guys,

a few days ago i buyed "action!" after i test ist some days log.

my problem is that i can´t recording my mic in video if "mic as seperate audiostream" is activated!
if its deactivate "action" record my system- and mic-sound so right, but there is only one audiostream.
this ist extrem strange, and my problem is that i bought action because of the 2 audio stream for mic and system... :(

in so many games an more i have to make me louder in a cutting program, so the two audiostreams are realy importent for me...

please, anyone, help me...

Adjust the audio balance in settings. 65 System sounds / 35 microphone is perfect for me.

So far, the only way I know how to do what you're asking is this:

-Video Recording tab > Do Not Record Microphone
-Settings > Audio Settings > Set your audio balance to 100 for the microphone and 0 for system sounds.
-When recording, use F9 to record video with system sounds and F10 to record only your microphone.

That should give you a mic only audio file (which, by default, will be in a different folder) that you can edit independently of your game/system audio. The biggest problem with this is, as far as I know, there is no indicator of when Action is recording audio, so you have to be really sure of your button presses or else you could end up not recording mic audio with your video.

What you should know about "Record microphone into separated audio track" feature is that it creates an additional audio track in your video file. It dśs not create any additional file. While you are playing back your video file you will hear only one audio path at time. To switch between active audio track please press "A".
