My webcam will not record.

I recently went out and purchased a $50 Logitech webcam to use in my videos, but Action! will not record it. The cam shows a light as if it is recording, and it shows up in the preview. I do not know what is wrong. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it four times (no joke) but it will not record. Please help me.

Webcam may not be working in two cases:
- Check if you have Perfect Video Match mode enabled. If yes, please disable it.
- Check if you have selected Record Mouse Cursor, it's required to show the webcam properly.
