Terrible video quality?

Hello! For some reason I get terrible video quality when recording. All the settings are exactly the same as my roommate's who's quality seems to be fine.

Problem isn't because of bad rendering in Vegas or something, it's allready like this when viewed in the action! player.
Could use some help

OS: Windows 8
Video Card: ATI R9 290
CPU: I5 4690
Memory: 8GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200
Video Editor: Vegas 13
Video Type: Problem occurs on all video type's.

Could you post a screenshot of your Video Recording Settings and LIVE streaming settings?

After disabling the videos look just fine, sorry for the hassle!

Great to hear that! As you have noticed enabling LIVE Streaming will overwrite your current settings from Video Recording tab.
