Action! failing to record

Wed Apr 01, 2015 7:44 am

I've purchased Action! to use it for recording my gameplay. I've chosen it over Fraps and DxTory because it was far more superior. I've had it for 4-5 months and something odd has just happened.
I closed the software because I needed to purchase Unturned from Steam. (I know it has no problem with steam because I record Terraria.) I re-launched it and now there is a problem. I am able to record, but when I click stop, the video does not process. Basically, I can click record, but when I click stop, nothing happens. There is no video. This is on update 1.24.2.0 which, ironically, I was hesitating to update to it. I've tried Intel Sync, Nvidia Cuda, Nvidia NVENC, MP4, MP4 Intel, MP4 Nvidia, AVI, no difference. I've tried ALL the fps settings, no difference. I've re-booted my PC, and Action, with no success.

Is this a known bug? I'm scared to perform an un-install because of two reasons:
1. I've already purchased this software. Will it convert back to the trial?
2. Many people have said that their video files have become corrupt.

Please help. I'm in a stand-still situation. I need regular content but my software has gone on the frits.

Don't worry. I reinstalled mine and just entered my serial key again. Simple :) and you might want to upgrade those specs, could be the issue...
