Action wont split videos

My problem is I checked the box " split video every " I chosse 15 minutes

but when I recording, It wont split the file.I get like everytime the whole video while until I stop recording
I reinstalled it again and it doesent work. I have full license version

please help

This option affects only Exporting process.
