Mirillis is completely screwed (for me)

So i recently bought mirillis action after "trying it out" for about a year, because the old version wasn't working with windows 10.

I'm currently having major problems with it. I recorded a video in 1080p 60fps, but the video fine was 720p 30fps. The settings are definitely correct and i tried practically every different setting, none of them affecting the video output.

Then I tried recording in 480P, 240p, 20 fps, 15fps, different format, but everything always stayed at 720p, 30fpb, mp4.

please, can anyone help me with this?
