My recording doesn't look like the Ingame !!!

Hey guys.
This is my problem: After recording an game, I check my recording anyway.
The recording looks pale and it isen't sharp like the original ingame.

I tested some other programes and the result is: no matter what program I use, it always looks like that. So I think its something with my Computer or am I wrong ?

Please help me.

Is your frame rate on constant?
