Action! Webcam not showing up in the video render

Okay so I'm having a problem with my webcamera not being inserted into the gameplay. I have it set up to record when I hit the record key on Action! and when I do the camera light comes on when it's been activated (saying it's being recording my face and voice). But the problem is when I hit record key to finish the recording it doesn't show my webcam face or my voice isn't even being heard in the avi file before being exported. This is ruining the first time experience when I play games and it hurts first time credibility when I do indie games. Is there anyway to fix this problem? Does Action! need to be reinstalled?
