action starts recording delayed

Hallo,
I've got a problem.. :? Action! Starts always very delayed...In the settings I have adjusted VGA but the files are always stored as MP4 ... Do not know what it may be. I make a game recording With 60 fps and 1080p and my PC is great screenshots:
