Hi All,
Just recently I have started to have crashes when Action is trying to save my game recordings using the MP4 format.
OS: Windows 7
Video Card: GTX 980
Memory: 16 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Editor: Adobe CC
Game Problem: Any recording in MP4 whether it be screen or in game
Video Type: MP4
Of course I can save AVI no worries but I have saved hours and hours of videos and game recordings with MP4 and I want to find out why I can't without crashing anymore. As weird as it might sound but recording AVI seems to take up more space as well, although I haven't really taken the time to look at that?
Please let me know if you need anything else.
What I have tried:
Complete reinstall with regedit
Deleting of other recordings in the folder its saving to
Change of the the folder all together to a new one
Updated all drivers
