Streaming YouTube or twitch.tv do not receive any data

Bonjour!

In Streaming YouTube or twitch.tv do not receive any data

The button that indicates the Streaming (Live) is however clearly visible on Action
OS: Windows 10 x64
Video Card: Radeon R9 280x
Memory: 8 Go
CPU: I7 2700K
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080P
Video Type: MP4
