Make custom codec

Give us option to add and install custom codecs like VLC or MPC-HC.

Come on guy. VLC and MPC-HC are players, not codecs.

Xvid, X264, x265 are codecs.

AVI, MP4, TS, MKV, MOV, MPG are containers.

Action need add "external codecs" option. Its ok.
