Huge .avi file size

Hello,

Is there any way to make .avi files a smaller size? I'm not asking about any video editors, I'd like Action! to make .avi a way lighter. 10 secs of recording gives me 100MB file ... while video quality is set to low. Bitrate only reffers to MP4 and changing it doesn't effect to .avi.

AVI recording uses almost lossless compression and provides highest quality possible. Therefore video's bitrate cannot be reduced.
To save up some space you can try MP4 recording.
