Issue with Action! not recording system sounds

OS: Windows 7 ultimate
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Memory: 8
Moniter resolution: 1638x922
Video Type: Mp4

Like I said in the subject title when I record my videos it does not record system sounds like discord or any games. But it does record my voice. Help would be appreciated.

Make sure to enable Primary Sound Device option and set it to System Default.
