Is it possible to bump the Quick Sync MP4 bitrate up to 60MBps? Currently it seems to just default to 30MBps without the option to change it at all.

Also, is there a way to add programs to an "ignore" list of sorts, so the HUD doesn't show up on them? I'd like to just leave Action! running in the background, but that's not an option because it keeps putting the FPS display on programs like Outlook, Tweetdeck and a few others.

Currently the bitrate is set due technical reasons. As for ignore list here's a tutorial of how to do this: http://mirillis.com/en/products/tutoria ... t.html#top

This works. It would be nice if there was a GUI for it, though.
