Blank screenshots (INVESTIGATING)

I noticed that i randomly get blank screenshots from Skyrim.
As you can see from the time in the filenames.

What directX Skyrim is running with 9, 10 or 11?

Action says its on DX9, but i play on Ultra settings.

No, but since I use the jpg format, it works flawlessly even in Skyrim.

Another notice, that the fps counter doesnt appear in either Max Payne games.

Do you mean MP 1 & 2?
As far as i remember it uses older DX versions (7 or 8) and this is not supported yet in Action! Currently this can be recorded only in windowed mode with desktop region.
