Which Input Range is better?

Hello everyone.I wonder:there are 2 different options in input range.0-255 and 16-235.Which should i choose for better quality?
I guess in 0-255 video becomes brighter and in 16-235 it darkens.
But can't decide which to choose.I want the best possible quality so which do you guys prefer?

It doesn't affect video quality. It's only for color darkness or brightness and it's dedicated for game recording.
