Back to ON:

@Marsianin and BDX: I didnt mind about the close button, but I think is not a big deal to place all menu-bar to the right upper corner instead of left upper. Maybe it will be more useful, though I never used it. ESC is good for me -> I have dedicated buttons (Space, Enter, ESC) on my remote.

Ok, sorry.
Anyway it uses third-party codecs. You don't need to install them because they installed automatically and loading all these codecs takes much more time than SplashPRO even on my stripped RAID array.
But current release of SplashPRO is very very buggy.

Great, and now the subtitle loading bug is fixed.

LE: Now another ugly bug has shown his face. When you add files to the playlist and close the playlist, the player crashes. This behavior occurs when you have a movie playing and you want to add another one to the playlist. If you don't have a movie playing or pause the current one, than it does not crash.

There was a short 10-15min problem with servers, probably you have been so unlucky to land on the downloadpage at this time. Sorry for the inconvienience. It works now.

Same here. I turned off the GPU acceleration and (with lower quality ofc.) I can play all videos smoothly.

So, for me i can not confirm that subtitles load automatically :(

I tried several mkv´s with forced subtitles, they just do not load. I still have to turn them on by hand.
Tried it in XP and 7.

Could you kindly take another look on this problem?
If you need further information, please let me know!

Thanks!
