Problem With the final file [RESOLVED]

Hi,

The captures are good, no problem in the program.
The source file capture (avi) run in windows media player and work well.
Same for the exported file (mp4).

But i can't use them for make à movie in vegas pro or adobe first élément.

source file :

vegas pro = lag
adobe = lage

exported file =

vegas pro = not picture, just sound
adobe = crash program when i open it.

can u help me plz ?

Try this:
1) Download (7MB) and install Yamb - http://www.videohelp.com/tools/YAMB
This is an easy-to-use program for fixing MP4 files so they can be accepted by AE 5 but it should also work for Sony Vegas
2) Start the program, click ADD and selected your exported MP4 Action! file.
3) Click "Mux" in right bottom corner.
4) New created MP4 files should work correctly now with your Sony Vegas.

The "muxing" process does not affect the video quality and usually takes few minutes.

work with all file or just .mp4 ?

but what about the source file (.avi)
why lag ? because i would like work with the source file for videomaking, not a file allready convert and reduce.

Is it lagging only in preview inside the editing software?

yes, when i launch it for preview
just i clik on "play" in vegas for run it, and lag begin

If it's only happening in Sony Vegas preview then don't worry. After you render your video it should be fine and no longer lag.
