Action 1.10.0 Problem with seperate audio track recording

Wed Sep 12, 2012 6:00 pm

I've been waiting for this setting to show up so I'm really happy it's finally here but I'm having trouble. Anyone else not getting the second audio track when the option is checked?

I record my desktop for a tutorial and I get system sound, but when I watch back on the action player I have no mic audio. If I watch the same video back on Windows Media Player I do get mic audio. Then if I import the file into Premiere Pro, there is only one audio track with both system sound and mic audio.

I'm using the raw file, not exporting from action. When I try to export as .mp4 from action, Premiere crashes every time I try to import the file.

Please help me. What am I doing wrong?

.......EDIT......
Premiere does not give me any mic audio, only system sound. When I import the file I get one audio channel. The system sound is there, mic sound is not.

To switch between audio tracks in Action player press "A". About importing raw file into Premiere Pro we have to check this.

I am experiencing the crash issue when importing Action! mp4 files into premiere. Is this a known issue? Should I make a separate thread?

This is an old thread about older version. Please update your Action! copy to latest version or create new thread if your Action! is up to date.
